Washington State Cougars vs UNLV Rebels Prediction Pick Point Spread Odds Line Week 3 09/14/2012

September 12, 2012 by

NCAAF action on Friday features the Washington State Cougars and the UNLV Rebels squaring off at Sam Boyd Stadium.

NCAA Football Picks have WSU as an 11-point favorite. The moneyline odds have the Cougars as a -405 favorite and UNLV a +350 underdog, and the over/under total is at 54.

Last weekend, the Cougars beat state rival the Eastern Washington Eagles 24-20, while UNLV lost 17-14 to the Northern Arizona Lumberjacks. Both games involved non-board teams so there were no betting odds for the matchups.

There has only been one previous meeting between the schools, and that came just last year when the Cougars hammered the Rebels 59-7. Washington State easily covered the point spread as a 13-point home favorite and the score was over the total of 56.

That was one of the few bright spots for the Cougars over the past year, however, as they are 2-8 SU in their last 10 games overall, 0-5 SU in its last 5 games on the road, and 2-4 ATS in their last six games overall.

UNLV has not been any better, at 0-5 SU in its last five games overall and 2-4 ATS in its last six games overall.

The Cougars host the Colorado Buffaloes next Saturday, and UNLV is home to the Air Force Falcons, also Saturday.

Washington State is 1-1 SU and 0-2 ATS while UNLV is 0-2 SU and 1-1 ATS.
