New Orleans Saints @ Minnesota Vikings – Cincinnati Bengals @ St. Louis Rams

New Orleans Saints (-6.5) @ Minnesota Vikings
The Saints are a heck of a lot better than the Vikings, on both sides of the ball. I know Adrian Peterson is coming back to Minnesota, but that probably means less touches for Percy Harvin, and in a large way, Percy has been a force for the Vikings’ offense over the past few weeks since AP went down. The Vikings run game will certainly test a Saints’ rush defense that isn’t great – a well rested and healthy AP could spell doom for this spread, especially because the Saints have struggled on the road this year, but I just believe in the Saints’ passing attack up against a shaky Vikings’ secondary.

Cincinnati Bengals (-6) @ St. Louis Rams
The Rams are in a bad place right now. They do some good things defensively, rushing the passer anyway, but mostly they are just bad. Sam Bradford is not healthy at all, and while he is giving it a go, it might be hurting them more than playing Kellen Clemens (who just signed). That combo, Clemens and just signed, being better than what you have now, is scary. The Bengals should chop up the Rams with safe offense and good defense. I expect Cedric Benson to get the ball a lot for the Bengals, but that’s not the only way Cincinnati will move the ball. AJ Green is a match-up nightmare for just about every corner in the league, and the Rams’ destroyed secondary is no different. Look for rookie signal caller, Andy Dalton, to throw for a couple scores during an easy cover.
