Boston College Eagles @ Clemson Tigers: Free College Football Picks: The Boston College Eagles haven’t been nearly as terrible as I thought they’d be this year (despite being 1-4, they are generally playing close football games, putting up a fight), and I guess that makes sense, they are a well coached team that is known for doing more than what their roster suggests – just so far those close games haven’t gone their way. That being said, the Clemson Tigers are quite possibly the best ans most talented team in the ACC – and the conference isn’t that deep. Boston College lost to Duke, for the love of little cups to hurl in, if that’s any indication of how good they are right now.

Clemson on the other hand, they’ve pretty much dominated everyone – even went into Virginia Tech and beat the powerful Hokies by 20 points – holding them to just 3 points while Taj Boyd threw all over the field. Sure, the Tigers have a little “what was that” game on their schedule when they barely slipped by Wofford, but now that is already out of the way, can we just expect the best from the Tigers?

This game isn’t lined up to be competitive, but the Eagles are 3 touchdown dogs, so it makes sense. I just don’t see how BC scores more than a couple touchdowns, and Clemson is scoring 35 points per game – that includes two games against pretty good football teams in Auburn and Virginia Tech. Expect a lot of the Tigers.
