Colorado State Rams @ Colorado Buffaloes Free Pick

This is a great rivalry game even though the Buffaloes have bolted to the Pac 12 (formerly known as Prince, I mean Pac 10). Instate games are always exciting, and a move of conferences certainly doesn’t do much to change that. I know the Rams have won their first two games while the Buffs have fallen in each of their first two contests, but that early season record means very little to me. I love that the line has come down to a touchdown and think the Buffs are at least double digits better than the Rams. Cal and Hawaii are two tough teams to start the season with, especially compared to Colorado State’s games against New Mexico and Northern Colorado – both games were too close to be proud of. I think Tyler Hansen has a big game for the Buffs in a lopsided win. (no home team in this one)
