NFL Week 13 Picks Buffalo Bills @ Minnesota Vikings

NFL Week 13 Picks Buffalo Bills @ Minnesota Vikings: The spread in this one has changed in the wrong direction if you’re looking at the Bills. Right now the spread is 5.5 just about everywhere the game is offered, where I got it at a full touchdown on Tuesday. Still, it’s hard to like the Vikings in this one if you look at these two teams over the last handful of weeks.

Buffalo has been playing very solid football since they got slapped around by the Jets back in the first week of October. Three overtime losses to teams with 7 ore more wins, one loss by a field goal to the 8-win Chicago Bears, and a couple wins. If you watch the Bills you can see they’re playing good football. That’s something you can’t say about the Minnesota Vikings.

Minnesota’s defense has been very mediocre this season, unable to get important stops, subject to mistakes, failure to get much pressure on opposing quarterbacks – all these things that Minnesota was good at last season they’ve really struggled with this year.
But I don’t think the defense has been quite as bad as the offense. They put up a measly 17 points against the Redskins while out-rushing Washington by over 100 yards. Brett can’t get the passing game going, and with Adrian Peterson questionable to play, there’s not much to be excited about in Minnesota – though I’m sure Gerhart would be able to put together a nice day against the Buffalo defense.

All in all, I think the Bills are more explosive and playing a better brand of football. Getting 7 points is extra whip cream for your pie.
